Shipping and Returns
General Shipping Information
UPS Ground delivery is free of charge on all orders over $150 that ship within the lower 48 states.
Next Day and Second Day UPS delivery is available for most zip codes and can be selected during the check out process. Your order will generally ship within 1 business day. If we anticipate any delays in shipping your order, we will notify you.
If you need to have your purchase shipped to a post office box, we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail.
If you have specific delivery needs or deadlines, it's advised that you give us a call so we can be sure to accommodate you (1-833-262-1568). Please note your order may arrive in separate boxes to ensure that merchandise arrives undamaged. This will NOT increase your shipping charges.
Our top priority is to be sure that we meet your needs. We want all the products you purchase from Redstart Birding to be a perfect fit for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving it. If your purchase is a gift for someone else, the recipient has the same 30-day period from the time they receive it to exchange it or return it for a full refund. Please note: shipping and handling is non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours. In order to receive a full refund, all products must be returned in the same condition you received them, including the original packaging and accessories. Returns that are missing accessories, show wear/use, or have missing/damaged packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Packing and Sending Your Return:

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received. We also recommend that you insure your return for the appropriate value. You are responsible for the items being returned to Redstart Birding, until they are delivered to us.
Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement. Checks will be mailed to the billing address on the original order.
We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.
